Terms of Use
Effective date: 16 September 2026
These terms govern the use of dynamicsync.online, published by BOGIREN s.r.o. They are short because the site does one thing: it publishes written information, free of charge, and asks nothing of the reader.
1. Who publishes this site
BOGIREN s.r.o.
Na hutích 581/1, Dejvice, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic
Company number: 08206678
VAT: CZ08206678

2. What this site is
Dynamic Sync is an independent informational reference about the terminology of online adventure games, written for readers in Australia. It is not the official site of any game or publisher, is not a reseller or authorised distributor, and has no ability to act on any reader’s game account. It is funded by a single affiliate arrangement, described on the disclosure page.
3. The information here is general
Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal advice, consumer advice, financial advice, security advice or professional advice of any kind, and it takes no account of any individual’s circumstances. Anyone who needs advice on their own situation should obtain it from someone qualified to give it, or from the relevant Australian body — the ACCC, the eSafety Commissioner, the OAIC or the Australian Classification Board.
4. Product information changes
Games, their prices, their system requirements, their availability and their terms change frequently and without notice to this site. Nothing here should be treated as a current statement of any vendor’s offering. Before installing anything, creating an account or spending money, check the vendor’s own pages, which are the only authoritative source for their product.
5. Third-party links
This site links to websites operated by others, including government bodies and one commercial vendor. Those sites are outside the publisher’s control. Their content, their privacy practices and their terms are their own, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond its usefulness as a source. Links marked as paid are identified as such next to the link itself.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout, code and original graphics on this site are the property of BOGIREN s.r.o. They may be quoted for review, study or reporting with attribution to Dynamic Sync, and may not be reproduced wholesale for commercial purposes without permission.
Star Stable Online and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Dynamic Sync is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Product names are used only to identify and describe the products discussed.
7. Availability
The site is provided free of charge and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time. No undertaking is given that it will be available continuously or without error.
8. Liability, and what cannot be excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law confers and that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Those rights apply in addition to these terms, and where anything here conflicts with them, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, BOGIREN s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from a reader’s dealings with any third party found through this site, or from the unavailability of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, it is limited to supplying the information again.
9. Acceptable use
Read the site, quote it with attribution, link to it. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation or with the server delivering it, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law.
10. Privacy
The site collects nothing from readers, sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The privacy policy and the cookie policy describe the position in detail and form part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. This does not deprive a reader in Australia of the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or of any other mandatory consumer protection available to them under the law of their own place of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings where that law permits.
12. Changes to these terms
Revised terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that date means the revised terms apply.
